Making a complaint
Please don't be afraid to complain to us.
You have a right to expect good quality services. You should always be treated fairly and courteously, receive a reply within a reasonable time and have promises kept. If for any reason you feel we have let you down, you can let us know about it.
The information you provide enables us to identify mistakes and ensure that they do not happen again. Every three months, we give a report to our senior managers and councillors about complaints received and actions taken to fix them.
Due to the current situation with Covid-19 (Coronavirus) we might have to delay or suspend some of our services. But we will still respond to you as quickly as we can.
