Online payments and planning portal scheduled maintenance
Due to scheduled maintenance from 5pm Thursday 2
April to 6pm Monday 6 April we will be
unable to take payments through the website for Council Tax, Business
Rates, Rent, Housing Benefit Overpayments and Sundry Invoices.
Payments can still be made by telephone, using our Automated Telephone
Payment system by calling 0300 123 4000.
The planning search page will also be unavailable and if you need
to submit a planning comment in this time, please email planning@baberghmidsuffolk.gov.uk with
the case reference in the subject.

Overnight season tickets are available for this car park that allow motorists to park from 8am to 9am, and 5pm until 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Parking is free between 6pm and 8am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
Disabled persons can display their time clock as an alternative to a ticket during ticketing hours, provided that a valid blue badge and time clock is on display. Parking is free for three hours.
Motorcycles
Motorcycles can park for free in the Motorcycle Bays without the need to display a ticket. Car park maximum stay applies
Electric Vehicle chargers
The Electric Vehicle chargers in this car park are 22kw and operated by Fuuse. EV charging costs 48p per kWh. A ticket must be displayed when charging and the maximum stay applies during the ticketing hours. Outside of these hours, vehicles can charge for as long as required.
Safer Parking Award
This car park has achieved the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme and is granted The Safer Parking Award. This demonstrates the facility provides Police accredited parking and has quality management, effective surveillance, appropriate lighting and a clean environment.
Park Access Award
This car park has received the Park Access Award of Excellence as it has met the criteria set out by the British Parking Association and Disabled Motoring UK for providing parking and electric vehicle charging facilities which are accessible and inclusive.
