Quartet Villages Neighbourhood Plan

The Parish Councils of Higham, Holton St Mary, Raydon, and Stratford St Mary have agreed to work together to prepare a joint Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). Collectively, this project will be known as the 'Quartet Villages Neighbourhood Plan'.

When complete, it is intended that this plan will be used to help guide and shape future development across the whole plan area.

Reg 05 Area Designation consultation (dates tbc)

The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) (as amended) require that all multi-parish neighbourhood plan area designation applications are first consulted on before the relevant local planning authority can reach a decision on whether or not to formally designate the plan area. We are now making final preparations for that to happen.
