Reg 05 - Area Designation (3 Dec 2024)
On 26 November 2024, Stanstead Parish Council submitted an application to define their neighbourhood plan boundary. Under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Babergh District Council confirmed this area designation on 3 December 2024. The notice, a copy of the application, and a map identifying the NDP area are published below:
