Stoke by Nayland Neighbourhood Plan
Stoke by Nayland Parish Council began the process of preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) in 2017. While some early progress was made, the Parish Council have also continued to review their options. It is now understood that they are currently focusing efforts on bringing forward a People & Place Plan.

Reg 05 - Area Designation (Dec 2017)
In December 2017, Stoke by Nayland Parish Council applied to designate their parish as a NDP Area. The application was approved on 18 December 2017 and a notice to that effect, a copy of the application, and a map identifying the NDP area can be viewed below:
