Strategic Housing
Our Strategic Housing team enables, supports and facilitates the delivery of homes within the district. To do so, we work with a range of partners.
Our work includes:
- meeting affordable housing needs by providing homes that are as affordable as possible
- influencing the type(s) of homes being developed, so that a variety of different needs can be met
- managing the Self-build Register
- accommodation needs of Gypsies and Travellers
- community-led housing
- rural exception sites
