Reg 05 Area Designation (11 Aug 2025)
On 5 June 2025, Brantham Parish Council submitted an application to designate their parish as a neighbourhood plan area.
Under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Babergh District Council confirmed this area designation on 11 August 2025.
Our designation notice, a copy of the application, and a map identifying the NDP area are published below:
